2017 Sparkling Pinot-Chard
A blend of Pinot Noir:Chardonnay 40:60 fermented and aged in-bottle for a minimum of 3 years before disgorgement. The finished sparkling wine has a residual sugar dosage of less than 2% producing an extra sec wine balancing the bright acidity of the wine.

2016 Sparkling Chardonnay
Made in the traditional methode champenoise. We begin with a primary fermentation on the skins for 30 days. After pressing we bottle with addition yeast for a secondary fermentation and aging process that takes 4 years. During this time the wine’s carbonation is formed and the aging imparts a richness to the mouthfeel and pallate. Disgorged after aging and finished Brut Nature.

Siegerrebe
Siegerrebe is a German varietal that has a lot of similarity to Gewurztraminer. Siegerrebe’s early ripening leads it to be adopted as a signature grape in the cool climate Puget Sound AVA. We've developed our own style of Siegerrebe over the years by fermenting our Siegerrebe on its skins like a red wine. The extended skin contact steeps color and aromatics into the wine. Aging of these color and aromatic components produces a special golden hue, natural haze, and dense aroma of lychee and pear.

Pinot Noir
A field blend of 6 distinct clones lends to a complex flavor palate for our Pinot noir. This unusually tannic vintage has a nose of plum and strawberry and a finish rich with flavors reminiscent of mushrooms and forest floor that are the characteristic of the Pommard clone.
